To minimise disruption to the community, we carry out in-depth studies with each segment of the population to identify their needs: residents, shopkeepers, self-employed people, government departments, companies, etc. We phase the works carefully so as to reduce traffic problems and maintain access to the district during the construction period.

Interesting archaeological remains are often uncovered when building underground infrastructure. Based on our long experience, we have developed expertise in taking archaeological excavations into account, in accordance with current legal requirements, and in showcasing remains that must be left on the site.

We ensure that our facilities blend well into their surroundings. Careful consideration is given to infrastructure exits and the installation of user-friendly meters before making decisions aimed at creating harmony with the environment of each town. Space saved from vehicle use by creating off-street parking can be given back for pedestrians’ use and rehabilitated to improve the urban landscape.
